Philipp Rusch

Philipp Rusch draws on more than two decades of experience as an investor, entrepreneur, and corporate executive. He has built and scaled real estate investment ventures alongside an international leadership career across global real estate, infrastructure, and advisory organisations, working with Fortune 500 companies and national blue-chip organisations.

His work focuses on positioning real estate and operational platforms as strategic value drivers - aligning capital allocation, operational execution, and long-term performance.

Career

Alongside his entrepreneurial and investment activities in real estate, Philipp has held senior leadership positions across leading international organisations.

Most recently, he served as VP / Global Head of the Commercial Real Estate Vertical at Siemens within Siemens Smart Infrastructure. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at CBRE, including Managing Director and Regional Alliance Director EMEA, where he led strategic real estate mandates, international account structures, and operational platforms across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Earlier in his career, he held multiple operational and strategic leadership positions at Johnson Controls, overseeing integrated real estate, capital projects, and facilities management operations. In these roles, he managed complex client portfolios and led strategic and operational improvement initiatives. In addition, he served as Employer Representative on the Johnson Controls Swiss Pension Fund Board.

He began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers within Assurance Financial Services, advising and auditing national and international financial institutions. He also served as Managing Director of a Swiss real estate SME, further strengthening his entrepreneurial and operational real estate background.

He holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Real Estate (CUREM) from the University of Zurich and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
