Micro locationAbove-average micro-location, preferably hillside with lake or open views, and excellent public/private accessibility
AssetsExisting residential properties and development sites for residential use, without restrictions such as heritage protection
Plot sizeFrom 600 sqm
Purchase priceLand plots from CHF 3 million; existing properties from CHF 4 million
Deal structureAsset or share deal; no fractional ownership; no building law
