| Micro location | Above-average micro-location, preferably hillside with lake or open views, and excellent public/private accessibility |
| Assets | Existing residential properties and development sites for residential use, without restrictions such as heritage protection |
| Plot size | From 600 sqm |
| Purchase price | Land plots from CHF 3 million; existing properties from CHF 4 million |
| Deal structure | Asset or share deal; no fractional ownership; no building law |
