Acquisition criteria

In order to assess whether a property may be of interest, certain criteria typically need to be met:

Macro Location

German-speaking Switzerland, with a focus on the cities of Zurich, Zug, and Lucerne, as well as the respective lakeside municipalities, including the districts of Höfe and March in the canton of Schwyz.

Micro Location

Above-average micro-location, preferably hillside with lake or open views, and excellent accessibility by public transport and private vehicle.

Assets

Existing residential properties and development sites designated for residential use, without restrictions such as heritage protection or listing. Properties may require refurbishment.

Plot Size

From 600 sqm.

Purchase Price per Asset

Land plots from CHF 3 million; existing properties from CHF 4 million.

Deal Structure

Asset or share deal; no fractional ownership; no building law.
